Registration fee includes sessions, electronic program materials, refreshments and meals specified on agenda. Registration fees are refundable, minus the cancellation fee, if notice is received by April 17. Cancellation and change fee is $25.00. If you can’t attend, you may choose to send someone in your place; however, discounted member rates cannot be transferred to non-members. Registration is personal and cannot be split or shared. No-shows will be billed. Discounts will not be given after check-out.
Conference registration does not include hotel overnight accommodations. Please book these arrangements separately at the MOLN group block rate.
