The Power of Nursing:

How nurse leaders can help to shape the future of health care at your facility and beyond.

The stresses caused by the COVID 19 pandemic has laid bare the inequities and inefficiencies in our system of care in the United States. Enough is enough.

Join Us - District D Members

Participate in an engaging thoughtful conversation about the nursing profession in a safe, casual environment to connect and share your current experiences, challenges and joys with your peers. We will discuss how nurse leaders can step forward to play a key role in change at local, state and national levels and why it is essential that nursing takes on this important role.

Following the conversation in a nursing salon format and led by Marie Manthey, PhD (hon), MNA, FAAN, FRCN, we will be discussing the future of MOLN by engaging participants in an activity designed to guide MOLN’s future to support our membership as we teach, model and inspire our nurse leaders so that they are empowered to influence transformational change within our health care facilities, systems and communities.

Who Should Attend:

MOLN members in the District D and their invited guests. Members are encouraged to invite other nurse leaders to join us virtually. There is no cost to attend and you do not need to be a current member. Download and post the event flier at your facility or include with your email invite.
