The Power of Nursing:
How nurse leaders can help to shape the future of health care at your facility and beyond.
The stresses caused by the COVID 19 pandemic has laid bare the inequities and inefficiencies in our system of care in the United States. Enough is enough.
Join Us - District B Members
The time is now to address our system’s shortcomings and nurses are best positioned to achieve the needed change. We will discuss how nurse leaders can step forward to play a key role in change at local, state and national levels and why
it is essential that nursing takes on this important role.
Following the Power of Nursing presentation, we will be discussing the future of MOLN by engaging participants in an activity designed to guide MOLN’s future to support our membership as we teach, model and inspire our nurse leaders so that they are empowered to influence transformational change within our health care facilities, systems and communities.
