As we embark on a new year at the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN), we are excited to welcome both our returning and newly appointed board members! Meet Our Leadership Team

Kim PearsonPresident: Kim Pearson, RN, CNML, MSN

Kim leads us with her extensive experience in nursing leadership and a deep passion for excellence in patient care. Her vision will be instrumental as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.

President Elect: Melissa Fritz, DNP, RN, ACNS-BC, CENP

Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge in clinical practice and nursing management. As President Elect, she will work closely with Kim to ensure a seamless transition and strong strategic direction for our organization.

Treasurer: Elizabeth Keating, DNP, RN

Elizabeth’s expertise in financial management will help us maintain a solid foundation as we pursue our goals and initiatives.

Policy & Advocacy Chair: Adam Karlen, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CCRN

Maggie will enhance our outreach strategies, ensuring that our mission and activities are communicated effectively within our community.

Heather Gleason

Mentorship Chair: Heather Gleason, MAN, RN-BC

Heather will focus on creating mentorship programs that connect seasoned professionals with those seeking guidance, fostering growth and development.

Research and Scholarship Chair: Pauline Abraham, DNP, RN

Pauline will spearhead initiatives that promote research and scholarship, supporting the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice.
