MOLN is the only professional association in Minnesota that focuses on education specifically for nurse leaders. We view nursing leadership as a clinical specialty for nurses and we are committed to helping our members to grow and develop their leadership skills to become more successful in guiding our health care system to better meet the needs of our patients and our communities. We offer pertinent education for nurse leaders in a variety of venues.
Our annual conferences are wonderful opportunities to engage with your colleagues in the Minnesota nursing community.
MOLN hosts a Spring Leadership Conference in April or May each year in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area and our fall conference is held annually in October in greater Minnesota. These two-day conferences are specially designed for chief nursing officers, nurse managers, nurse leaders, school of nursing faculty, advance practice nurses, clinical nurse specialists, registered nurses and student nurses. ANCC contact hours are offered.
Our leadership conferences are a great way to gain visibility in the Minnesota nursing leadership community – to learn more sponsoring or exhibiting at our next event, contact us.
