Do you have a favorite MOLN memory so far?
The Fall conference in Duluth! I enjoyed the topics that spoke about integrating wellness at work. The entire experience was very positive. Great connections and networking with other nurse leaders.
How do you cope with the demanding aspects of your career?
I try to take at least 15min intentional break at work daily to do some “reflection”. I take walks or simply shut my door and move into a meditation space. This helps me recalibrate.
Who inspires you?
My mentor, Karen McDonald. She is so positive and pours into others. I really appreciate and admire her love for our nursing profession and how she inspires me to seek opportunities for growth and self-development.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I speak 4 languages.
