Dear Friend,
We would like to invite you to exhibit at or be a sponsor of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in
Nursing (MOLN) 2008 Fall Conference. The conference is the premier event for nurse leaders in
Minnesota and is perennially one of the best attended. This year’s conference will be held October 1-3,
2008.
More than 180 chief nursing officers, nurse managers, supervisors, directors, and consultants
representing more than 65 hospitals, clinics, and health-care agencies will come together for the
conference at Ruttger’s Sugar Lake Lodge in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Attendees represent
organizations of significant size and reach who are your clients or potential clients, and most of the
attendees regularly visit with individuals who, in many cases, are potentially in need of your services and
solutions, if they are not your clients already.
The MOLN Fall Conference is a wonderful opportunity for visibility in the Minnesota nursing
community. The conference planning committee works hard to ensure that attendees have every
opportunity to learn about and meet you. The timing and placement of breakout sessions, receptions, and
meals—as well as recognition from the podium and “meet our sponsor” activities—are just a few of the
ways that conference attendees are encouraged to connect with you.
I ask you to take advantage of this terrific opportunity. We have a new platinum level sponsorship that
can be yours exclusively or shared by two organizations. We encourage you to respond right away. Last
year, some exhibitors were turned away.
Exhibit space is assigned to sponsors and members first, then based on order received, so please consider sponsoring the conference or joining MOLN to receive the best space possible.
If you would like to discuss the possibility of sponsoring or exhibiting at the 2008 Fall Conference, or if
you have any questions or would like more information, please contact me. When you are ready, please
complete the enclosed application and return it by e-mail, mail or fax to the MOLN office.
Thank you for your consideration and your support of the MOLN Fall Conference.
Best regards,
Jeanne Jacobson
